WHAT IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?
A virtual assistant is a professional business assistant who works remotely to support businesses and professionals with a variety of tasks and projects. Virtual Assistants typically work from home and language permitting, can help to support businesses anywhere in the world. They are not employed by a company but hired, in a similar way as you would an accountant or contractor. This serves to save you money on things like; employers insurance, tax, equipment and training.
How much does a virtual assistant cost?
With a virtual assistant, you pay only for the time you use and you’ll save money on things like insurance, benefits and equipment. To get started, choose from one of our no-hassle monthly support plans, or if you only need an hour or two of support, choose our standard hourly rate of £25.
What if I only need one hour of support?
If you don't think you'll need the amount of work that makes up a package, you can simply purchase individual hours. Individual hours are charged at £25 per hour and are invoiced at the end of a week/project (whichever comes first). All invoice payments are due within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.
Why Can't I Find a Phone Number?
At this time we do not offer telephone consultations or support for the following reasons:
1) Communicating via email ensures that all notes relating to a piece of work/project/task are in one place, allowing everyone to be kept in the loop. It also enables us to keep a record of all points discussed, which we can refer to in the future. This is something that telephone conversations just do not offer.
2) It also allows us to keep the cost of our services lower for you.
However, please be assured that we respond to all email queries as soon as possible between 9am-5pm GMT, Monday – Friday.
Social Media Subscriptions
How do you know what social media content to post?
Simple. We get to know your business and what you want. We'll ask you about the audience you want to target, the direction you want to take your business and we'll discuss different content options until you agree on what you're happy with. We'll work with you over the course of your subscription to ensure that you're happy with your social media content and we welcome any feedback, changes or requests that you wish to make.
Am I tied in to a contract?
No, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that as money is taken on a monthly rolling basis, we cannot issue refunds if you cancel after your subscription renewal date.
What social media platforms can you post to?
We can post to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. We can also post content to Pinterest so please do get in touch if you'd like us to add that to your package.
How many social media accounts can I connect to HootSuite?
Our subscriptions cater for up to 3 social media accounts/profiles as this is the maximum number of accounts that can be connected to the FREE HootSuite account. If you wish to add more accounts, you will need to upgrade your HootSuite account.
Can I still post content myself?
Absolutely! You can post as much or as little as you want to!
how Are The Packages Billed?
Our Content Creation and our Creation & Maintenance Packages are both rolling monthly packages. They include 2 posts per day to cover an entire calendar month. This way, you'll know that the same amount of money is due on the same date each month, allowing you to work this into your cash flow.
Recurring invoices will be issued 7 days before your current subscription expires. If payment hasn't been received by the due date, social media activity will not continue once your current subscription expires.
All packages must be paid in advance before any work can begin.
Can We Use a Different Social Media Scheduling Tool?
Yes, HootSuite and SmarterQueue are our preferred social media management platforms. However, we can also use Buffer, TweetDeck, ContentCal and CrowdFire. Just let us know what platform you use and provide us with access to your account.
