biOrganics was originally founded in 1991 and was taken over by Natasha Wesley and Alan York in 2009.

They are dedicated to producing natural, organic and cruelty-free salon quality hair care products that don't cost the earth.

As Natasha and Alan both had full-time jobs alongside the running of biOrganics they required some assistance managing the daily administration of the company in order to move forward and grow the biOrganics brand.
