5 Tasks You Can Outsource Today
How much time each day do you spend actually making money? Now how much time do you spend answering emails, posting to social media, writing this weeks' blog post or doing other unpaid admin tasks?

You can save yourself money today by outsourcing one or more of these tasks that take up more time than you think:
  1.  Social Media - Social media can be exceptionally time consuming; finding and posting relevant content, sharing news and new products and responding to re-tweets, comments and enquiries can take up a lot of your day. Outsourcing your social media can be a really quick and hassle-free way to free up a huge chunk of your time.
  2. Customer Emails - Are you replying to customer emails promptly? Customers who don't receive a prompt reply will often look elsewhere and so you should aim to reply to customer emails as quickly as possible, even if it's just to send a holding email until you can answer the email in detail. Outsourcing this task will save you a great deal of time and will improve overall customer satisfaction by ensuring that your customers know that you have time for them. 
  3. Blog Articles - How regularly do you post content to your blog? You should be aiming to post at least one article per week to keep your website content current and your audience engaged. If you don't have the time to write blog articles yourself, a virtual assistant can take care of this for you, ensuring that you have regular, quality content that be can shared via your social media channels to attract a greater audience.

  5. Live Chat - Similar to answering customer emails, live chat support is a great way to deal with customer enquiries, with many customers preferring this instant contact option.
