It's been a super busy year so far for myself and Admin Angels UK.
I came back to work in January after having my baby last year and since then so much has changed.
I've continued working with my amazing clients and I've also had the pleasure of starting to work with some fantastic new clients as well.
For me, 2015 has been a year of new beginnings and new challenges in my personal life and I've been working really hard to improve the Admin Angels UK service for all clients.
So, here's my breakdown of what's changed and what's still to come in the next half of 2015!

I'm also considering bringing back our free 20 minute consultation phone call and a 30 minute monthly call to discuss your requirements for each month. If either service is of interest to you, please vote in the polls at the bottom of this article.
As you can see, it's already been a busy year and I'm planning so much more to improve the Admin Angels UK service as the year continues.
This year has also brought another change, in the form of the 2015 Budget, during which, the Government announced that the UK minimum wage will be increasing in April next year.
To accommodate this wage increase and to continue providing an excellent quality virtual assistant service we have reviewed our rates. Don't worry, it's nothing major and the rate for existing clients will not change for at least another 6 months but we will talk to you about this individually and will work with you to accommodate your budget.
The Admin Angels UK hourly rate is now £15 per hour. However, I can assure you that this is still a great deal less than the majority of other UK-based VA's and I am still dedicated to providing a friendly and professional service.
This increased hourly rate has allowed me to hire a new member of staff who will help to provide new services to better your business whilst implementing new systems and learning new skills to further benefit you!
Since starting Admin Angels UK in February 2013, I am now a much more experienced VA. I can complete tasks quicker and I help to attract and retain customers for my clients on a daily basis.
I can also promise that your emails will be answered quickly and tasks will be completed efficiently as there is no waiting list. I only work with a select number of clients and so your business will always be my priority.
New Social Media Plans
The social media pricing system has also changed. After listening to feedback from our customers who use the service, I have split the social media management service into two, monthly plans with added bonuses to each.
These plans will provide you with monthly social media coverage to ensure that your channels never fall quiet, leaving potential clients disinterested.
We have also added new features such as monthly analytics reports to keep you clued-in on how your social media presence is performing.
