As a Virtual Assistant communication is the most important aspect of my job.
I love catching up with my clients to make sure that everything is ok with them and to find out how I can help!
In addition to the traditional method of simply picking up the telephone, here are some of my favourite online tools for communication.
Zopim is our favourite tool for engaging with new customers and visitors to our website. We have Zopim chat installed on www.adminangelsuk.co.uk so feel free to visit the site and click on the chat box to speak to a member of the Admin Angels UK team.
This tool is fantastic as it allows us to answer any questions from visitors to the website and helps us to direct them if they need any assistance.
Is a great way to save money on calls. It's also a great tool for screen sharing and face to face meetings. It allows us VA's to get to know our clients a little better and put a face to the name.
Is my preferred email solution. The interface is simple, effective and easy to use. GMail and it's integrated calendar keep me up-to-date and on-time whilst the handy app allows me to access my mail on the move.
Mail Chimp is a fantastic FREE tool for creating and distributing Mail Shots and Email Newsletters. We're currently setting up Mail Chimp to send our very first Admin Angels UK Newsletter; you can sign up on the contact us page or to the right of the blog.
