Temperatures are set to SOAR this week with some areas getting highs of 18 degrees celsius (64.4 fahrenheit) on Wednesday 17th April.
It seems as though Spring is finally taking over the reigns from one of the coldest and longest winters we've seen in a decade and we're hoping that Summer sunshine will be close on it's tail.
It is estimated that over 85% of people living in the US alone are deficient in Vitamin D. A deficiency in Vitamin D has been linked to cancer, diabetes, arthritis and depression to name but a few so it's important to have at least 30 minutes of sunshine for 3 days out of the week. Top up your Vitamin D this Summer by going out and enjoying the sunny weather. Too busy, you say? Let me help you enjoy the sunshine while I relieve your workload. I can help with your office administration, customer service, data entry and many other daily tasks so feel free to take a look at my Services page and find out how I can help you to get out this Summer.
