The Big Freeze!

'The UK gets on average 33 days of SNOW fall' as reported by the Met Office with Scotland itself facing an outstanding 52 days of snow each year.

That's almost 2 months of snow!

This winter the heavy snow fall alone has caused disruption to travel, schools and businesses across the UK, let alone the illnesses that have spread due to the severely cold weather.

A culmination of the disruption that is common with heavy snow fall has prevented staff from getting into work, caused offices to close early or to not open at all and has ultimately lost businesses and business owners a great deal of money.

That's where I come in...

Although the heavy snow prevented me from reaching my office for a few days over this past week, I was still able to work from my fully functioning home office where I have a mirrored set-up to my usual office including:

• Fast internet (both wired and wireless)
• A dedicated landline
• Smart phone
• Laptop & Desktop computer

Because of this set-up, I was still able to; complete a product data entry project for a large wholesale firm, provide SEO blogging services for a retailer and call the customers of one of my clients to ensure that they were experiencing no problems.
