The Importance of Communication

Since Christmas, the majority of new requests that we've received have centred around communication.

Business Owners who are struggling to keep up with their communication have fallen behind with emails and voicemails and in doing so have missed vital customers, suppliers and PR opportunities.

Communication is such an integral part of your business that half of the time you may not even realise you're doing it.

If you put out a message stating that you have excellent customer service you need to honour that promise. What's stopping a disgruntled customer from publicly commenting on your Twitter feed, for example, that no one returned their call from 2 days ago?
