Isn't it great when you can see the savings you're going to make right in front of you when you're considering making a new purchase?
You can do this with most things now; car insurance, home insurance, mobile phone deals and much more. We though that it was about time that you could do the same when considering the use of a Virtual Assistant.
Say you hire a temp to complete a task that will take approximately 2 hours and the agency you use charges you £15/per hour. The agency will charge you a minimum hire (usually half a day) so approximately £75 for 5 hours (3 of which you don't need). You'll also need to be onsite and provide equipment, seating etc.
If you hire a full time employee the cost is even greater, although their hourly rate my be lower. For example if you pay the current NMW of £7.50 per hour and employ someone for 7 hours per day, this works out at £52.50 per day but with added tax, national insurance, equipment and overheads. Now, if you hired a VA to do that 2 hour job, you'd be looking at a cost of £40 (based on our fees). That's it. You'll have nothing more to pay unless the work involves postage fees/call charges etc. Also bear in mind that a Virtual Assistant is much more likely to complete a task in a shorter space of time than a temp/employee, both of whom want the work to take as long as possible so you have a reason to keep hiring them. A VA wants to build a professional, long-lasting relationship with you and will do all that they can to complete the work to the highest standard and as quickly as possible so that you receive a great service, hopefully leading to additional work or recommendations down the line. Let's break it down. The main savings advantages of a Virtual Assistant are:
There are many other reasons why a Virtual Assistant is beneficial for you and your business. To find out more, please feel free to explore the rest of our website for useful hints, tips and information.
